Kale Orman was conceived as a low-rise estate on a plot at the forest boundary of Çekmeköy. Block heights were kept below the tree line; the site plan that preserves the existing trees forms the basis of the landscaping phase.

Infrastructure trenches within the estate were closed and road fill began. The planting plan was handed to the landscaping team.
