Our policies

The four texts below summarise the rules we apply on our sites and in our offices. They are not a wall of certificates but verifiable commitments; each is reviewed once a year. The summaries are translated; the full texts are published in Turkish.

POLICY 01 / QUALITY POLICY

Quality Policy

We define quality as applying the specification written in the contract fully on site and documenting it. A technical specification with material, workmanship and acceptance criteria is prepared for every project and forms part of the sales contract. Concrete class, reinforcement, soil survey and insulation values are verified by the independent building inspection body and published as the Building Safety Report with a document number; no figure is rounded for marketing. Each phase is accepted with its own checklist before the next begins, every request after handover is recorded and its root cause investigated, and the policy is approved by General Management and binding on all staff and subcontractors.

POLICY 02 / ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

Environmental Policy

We commit to foreseeing the environmental impact of our construction work at the planning stage, and to measuring and reducing it throughout the site period. Existing trees on the plot are surveyed and protected on the site plan, with replanting for any that must be removed. Site waste is separated; excavated soil goes only to licensed tips and hazardous waste only to licensed disposal facilities, with every shipment documented. Insulation values are never below the regulatory limit, daylight and motion sensors and drip irrigation are standard, and grey-water and rainwater use is included where the plot allows. Our aim is to improve our waste, water and energy indicators every year; the policy applies to all our sites and our supply chain.

POLICY 03 / OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

Occupational Health and Safety Policy

No task is urgent enough to put a worker's health or safety at risk. Work that cannot be done safely is stopped until conditions are safe, and that decision has no negative consequence for any worker. Every site has a full-time safety officer and occupational physician service; entry to the site begins with induction training and a daily toolbox talk. Daily permits are issued for work at height, excavation, tower crane and electrical work. Personal protective equipment is provided and mandatory, subcontractor staff follow the same rules and training, every incident including near misses is recorded and analysed, and evacuation drills are held unannounced and timed. Site managers are responsible for applying the policy and the safety unit for supervising it.

POLICY 04 / INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY

Information Security Policy

We protect the information entrusted to us by customers, property owners, employees and business partners under the principles of confidentiality, integrity and availability. Personal data is processed only under Turkish Law No. 6698, for the purposes stated in the personal data notice, and deleted when the retention period ends. Requests sent through our website are held on our server hosted in Turkey and accessed only by authorised sales staff; system access is personal and limited to what the role requires, and is closed the same day a person leaves. Drawings, cost data and owner lists are trade secrets shared with subcontractors and suppliers only under confidentiality agreements. Staff receive information security training on joining and annually, suspected incidents are reported and recorded at once, and if a breach occurs the affected persons and the authority are informed within the period required by law. Requests concerning personal data are answered within thirty days at the latest.
