This notice explains, under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, for what purpose and how the personal data collected by Bizz Kale Gayrimenkul through the information request form on this website is processed.
1. Data controller

2. Personal data processed
Only the following data is collected in the information request form:
- First name and surname
- Telephone number
- E-mail address (optional)
- Project of interest and budget range selected
- The note you write as free text
- The page the form was sent from, the time of sending and the IP address
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is processed solely for sales communication: to respond to your request, to inform you about the project you are interested in and, if needed, to arrange a sales office appointment. Your data is not used to build a marketing list or for marketing to third parties.
4. Legal basis and method of collection
Your data is collected electronically on the basis of your explicit consent under Article 5 of the Law when you fill in the form and tick the consent box. The IP address and time of sending are recorded automatically by the system to prevent misuse of the form.
5. Transfer
Request records are held on our server hosted in Turkey and are seen only by our sales team. They are not transferred to any third party or institution unless legally required.
6. Retention period
Request records are kept for 2 years from the date of sending and deleted at the end of that period. If you withdraw your consent earlier, your record is deleted immediately, except for parts subject to a statutory retention obligation.
7. Your rights (Article 11 of the Law)
By applying to the data controller you may exercise the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is processed
- To request information if it has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
- To know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Turkey or abroad
- To request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
- To request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the Law
- To request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
- To object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems
- To claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
8. Applications
You may send applications concerning your rights to info@bizzkaleinsaat.com together with information identifying you. Applications are answered within 30 days at the latest.
