Kale Kule
Kale Kule was designed as a single 34-storey tower on the Kartal hills, looking out to the sea. Every stage from the soil survey to facade acceptance proceeds with independent inspection reports; the site diary is updated on this page every two weeks.
Every figure in the report comes from independent inspection reports and can be verified at the sales office with the document number.

From the site
The 21st floor slab was poured; samples were delivered to the laboratory for the 28-day compressive strength test.
Acceptance of the external insulation on the south facade is complete and scaffold removal has begun. The show flat opens for visits on 12 September.
Lift shaft works reached the 19th floor; the tower crane anchorage was checked and reported.
