Acceptance of the external insulation on the south facade is complete and scaffold removal has begun. The show flat opens for visits on 12 September.

The contract said delivery in September 2024; we received the keys at the end of August. The handover file included the building report and every test result, so we never had to ask afterwards.
We have lived here for over two years; the winter insulation performs as the report says. Estate management was handed over with minutes, and first-year maintenance items were covered by the company.
Since buying at Kale Kule, site progress has arrived every two weeks on the website and by e-mail. I can see which floor has been poured without calling the sales office.
