From the site
The 21st floor slab was poured; samples were delivered to the laboratory for the 28-day compressive strength test.
Acceptance of the external insulation on the south facade is complete and scaffold removal has begun. The show flat opens for visits on 12 September.

The delivery date is written into the contract; the site schedule is updated on this website every two weeks. If the schedule slips, you are the first to know.

Every project is designed to the seismic code in force; the soil survey and concrete class are stated openly in the report with a document number.

All crews at the Kartal site took part in an unannounced evacuation drill during the morning shift; the time taken to reach the assembly point was recorded.
