Housing Development
It starts with land analysis, continues with the soil survey and ends with turnkey handover. We develop housing at every scale, from a low-rise estate to a 34-storey tower; we do not copy standard designs, each plot gets its own project.

Urban Renewal
We run the whole process from a single desk: from risk assessment to the owner agreement, from the demolition permit to the title deed at the handover of the new building. The text signed with owners is the same for everyone; there is no bargaining behind closed doors.

Commercial Buildings
We develop street retail and office-scale commercial space on the ground floors of our housing projects. We take on stand-alone commercial buildings only in our own area, on plots we can inspect within walking distance.

Contracting Services
We offer our site discipline to third-party clients as well: structural works, finishing and site management. The same report system applies in contracting work; the client sees the inspection report for every phase.
