Few projects, a full promise
Bizz Kale Gayrimenkul was founded in Kartal in 1999. We have worked to the same principle ever since: we take on a small number of projects at a time, we supervise every site with our own staff and from walking distance, and we keep the delivery date exactly as written in the contract. Our whole portfolio is in Istanbul and Bursa; we do not take on work we would have to manage from afar.
History
Founded
The first site opened in Kartal; work began with a technical team of six.
First estate delivered
The first housing estate was delivered before the contract date.
Expansion to Bursa
Land development work began in Mudanya and Nilüfer.
Building Safety Report
The report that sets out each project's technical data on a single page was introduced.
Urban renewal
The first urban renewal block was contracted in Tuzla.
Kale Kule
Ground was broken for the 34-storey Kale Kule, the tallest building in the portfolio.
Management that comes from the site
Our managers come from the site, not from behind a desk. A single responsible manager is assigned to each project and stays in charge of that same job from the foundation excavation to the handover of the keys.

· Independent inspection report for every phase
· No more than five subcontractors per project
· Delivery date in the contract, with a penalty clause
What we do not do
In this industry trust is built as much by what is not done as by what is done. Delivery dates are not brought forward to hit sales targets; a project without a final permit is not put on sale; no technical claim that is not in the report is used in marketing.
A single text is used in owner negotiations: the same contract and the same terms for everyone. There is no bargaining behind closed doors.
