Bizz Kale works with a small team and wants to keep that team for a long time. We do not publish specific vacancies; we accept general applications in site, technical office, sales and administrative roles and invite candidates from the list to an interview when a suitable position opens.

How we work
The promise we make to the buyer we make to the team as well: the schedule is written, working hours are set, progress payments are paid on time.
Because we take on few projects, each person sees the whole job. An engineer who starts on site also closes the handover file.
No entry to the site without a helmet, harness and daily work permit; safety training is renewed every month and attendance is minuted.
A newcomer to the formwork, rebar and finishing crews starts alongside an experienced craftsman and learns by doing and by asking.
